The Slammer is a lipless swimmer that floats and dives on the retrieve. The product can be fished a number of ways that allows the angler to take advantage of the entire water column. Our lures are sonic welded and through wired which offers a durability not commonly found in comparable lure products.
Although the Slammer is 2.5 ounces, it offers very little resistance in the water while being retrieved or trolled. What is noticable is the action of the lure that is felt at the tip of the rod. The reason that the product is called the Slammer is because due to the low drag resistance in the water, the angler gets to experience the full impact of the fish as it slams the lure!
